This means we can now coat our trusses in-house, and that we can offer you greater speed and flexibility when coating your trusses.
Thanks to our fully and semi-automated coating lines, we achieve top results with our powder coating.
With our 2.7 metres wide, 3 metres high and 10 metres long powder coating ovens, we have one of the most advanced and largest powder coating facilities in the region. In total, components weighing over 2 tons can be moved and coated in the powder coating department. In other words, we can also coat extra-large and heavy components.
A particular highlight is our new Heavy Duty coating.
With this HD coating, we offer you an extremely robust and resistant coating.
The HD coating is available in black but also in all other RAL colours.
But we even go one better:
We do not only powder coat our own trusses and components, but also trusses from other manufacturers. No matter if these are new trusses or trusses that have been in use for one or more seasons and need a new coating. And also here, we can coat your truss in any possible RAL colour.
