The TRUSSTILT®

The TRUSSTILT® is a robust and precise tilting device designed for the safe connection of HOFKON trusses with professional AV equipment used in the event industry.

It has been specifically developed for high loads and the standardized mounting systems of the AV industry. The TRUSSTILT® stands out through maximum flexibility combined with a high level of operational safety.

The tilt angle is precisely adjustable and structurally secured. This allows loudspeakers and AV components to be positioned accurately – regardless of the truss orientation.

The load capacity remains fully maintained throughout the entire tilt range.

The TRUSSTILT® is the professional solution for controlled and load-bearing angle adjustment in the rigging sector. Wherever AV systems need to be securely mounted to truss systems and precisely aligned, it ensures maximum flexibility.

0°–105° Tilt

The tilt angle can be adjusted from 0° to 105°. The adjustment is made in 2.5° increments via two hole patterns. Die Neigung lässt sich von 0°–105° einstellen. Die Neigeschritte sind über zwei Lochkreise in 2,5° Schritten möglich.

Universal Equipment Securing

Using standard straps, AV devices can be secured at three different positions on the tilting unit.

 

 

3- OR 4-POINT TRUSS

The TRUSSTILT® can be mounted on all common 3- or 4-point trusses with a tube spacing of 29–30 cm. De- oder 4- Punkt Traversen mit Rohrabstand 29-30 cm gebaut werden. Der TRUSSTILT® kann auf alle bekannten 3- oder 4- Punkt Traversen mit Rohrabstaut werden.

INDIVIDUAL TILT PROTECTION

The tilt is limited to 105°, preventing accidental tipping even under maximum load. Custom maximum tilt positions can also be defined.

Precise Adaptation to Equipment

AV devices can be securely mounted using tested attachment points, including L-Acoustics A10/A15, JBL VRX932, as well as Audipack L&S3 and L&S5. In addition, fixation with standard straps is possible at three positions.

VERTICAL, HORIZONTAL, OVERHEAD

The TRUSSTILT® can be mounted to the truss regardless of the truss’s orientation in space. Any truss position is possible, provided the TT’s pivot axis is horizontal.
